Illinois High School Baseball - Benet Academy nipped by Oswego
March 25, 2025: Oswego, IL 60543 Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Benet Academy Redwings (Lisle, IL), 12-11 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Oswego advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Naperville North (Naperville, IL) to battle the Huskies in a non-league match on Thursday, March 27. The Huskies come into the match with a record of 2-0. Naperville North won 3-1 in their recent non-league match against St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL)
The Redwings now have a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Metea Valley for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 26. Benet Academy will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 15-2 non-league win over Joliet Central (Joliet, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-0.
