In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Shorecrest Prep Chargers baseball team scored a close 11-10 victory over the Clearwater Central Catholic Marauders.

The Chargers (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Indian Rocks Christian (Largo, FL). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 10-7 record. In their last game, Indian Rocks Christian held off Keswick Christian (St. Petersburg, FL), 5-2, in a league game.

The Marauders now possess a 3-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cardinal Mooney for a 2A District 11 contest on Thursday, March 27. Clearwater Central Catholic will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Manatee (Bradenton, FL). The Cougars record now stands at 14-3.
