The Douglas Tigers baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Galena Grizzlies to 4 in the Tigers league win on Tuesday.

The Tigers now hold a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Damonte Ranch for a 5A Northern test on Thursday, March 27. Douglas will play a Mustangs team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Reed (Sparks, NV). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-7.

With the defeat, Galena drops to 5-5 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV) to confront the Mustangs in a 5A Northern match on Saturday, March 29. The Mustangs come into the match with a record of 1-8. Damonte Ranch lost 15-6 in their recent league match against Douglas (Minden, NV)
