The Palisades Pumas baseball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Olympic Trojans to 0 in the Pumas league win on Tuesday.

The Pumas now own a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host Butler for a non-league test on Thursday, March 27. Palisades will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 24-7 league win over Rocky River (Mint Hill, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-7.

With the defeat, Olympic drops to 0-6 on the year. The Trojans travel to West Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league test on Thursday, March 27. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 3-8. West Cabarrus lost 12-1 in their recent league test against South Iredell (Statesville, NC)
