March 25, 2025: Springfield, VA 22150 West Potomac Wolverines (Alexandria, VA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Lewis Lancers (Springfield, VA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, West Potomac moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Wolverines host Langley (McLean, VA) to clash with the Saxons in a non-league test on Thursday, March 27. The Saxons come into the test with a record of 2-1. Langley won 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Chantilly (Chantilly, VA)
The Lancers now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Alexandria City for a non-league test on Thursday, March 27. Lewis will clash with a Titans team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Wakefield School (The Plains, VA). The Titans record now stands at 2-0.
