Georgia High School Soccer - Eagle's Landing knocks off Jones County
March 25, 2025: Gray, GA 31032 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Eagle's Landing Eagles (McDonough, GA) and the host Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA), saw Eagle's Landing's soccer squad triumph over Jones County by a score of 9-0.
The Eagles (7-0) will now prepare for their battle against Woodland (Stockbridge, GA). The Wolfpack enter the 5A Area 2 battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Woodland ran past Eagle's Landing Christian Academy (McDonough, GA), 9-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Greyhounds confront the McDonough Warhawks (McDonough, GA) in a 5A Area 2 battle, on Friday, March 28. Jones County will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Warhawks enter the battle with a 6-4 record after their 4-2 league win over Ola (McDonough, GA).
