In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Holy Cross Crusaders softball team scored a nice 15-0 victory over the Lackawanna Trail Lions.

The Crusaders (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Carbondale Area (Carbondale, PA). The Chargers go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Carbondale Area was routed by Lakeland (Jermyn, PA), 9-8, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Blue Ridge Raiders (New Milford, PA) in a Lackawanna 4 match, on Monday, April 7. Lackawanna Trail will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
