In Tuesday's league test, the South Point Red Raiders (Belmont, NC) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC), by a tally of 17-0.

Next, the Red Raiders meet the Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 26. South Point will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Wolves go into the test with a 4-8 record after their 9-4 league loss to Bunker Hill (Claremont, NC).

The Huskies (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC). The Greenwave go into the Big South 3A test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, Ashbrook was routed by Forestview (Gastonia, NC), 16-1, in a league test.
