The West Feliciana Saints softball team scored 18 runs and held the host Port Allen Pelicans to 5 in the Saints non-league win on Tuesday.

The Saints now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Broadmoor for a 4A District 6 battle on Thursday, March 27. West Feliciana will confront a Buccaneers team coming off a 17-4 non-league loss to Woodlawn-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 4-7.

With the loss, Port Allen moves to 4-8 on the season. The Pelicans host Liberty Magnet (Baton Rouge, LA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 26.
