In Wednesday's league bout, the Villa Park Spartans (Villa Park, CA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Foothill Knights (Santa Ana, CA), by a tally of 13-0.

Next up, the Spartans encounter the Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 30. Villa Park will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Sentinels go into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 9-5 league win over Herriman (West Herriman, UT).

With the defeat, Foothill drops to 10-4 on the year. The Knights host Cypress (Cypress, CA) to clash with the Centurions in a Crestview challenge on Friday, March 27.
