March 26, 2022: Bolingbrook, IL 60440 The Von Steuben Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Bolingbrook Raiders to 1 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Panthers now have a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taft for a Chicago Public Gold game on Tuesday, March 29. Von Steuben will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Niles Notre Dame (Niles, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.
The Raiders (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Joliet Catholic (Joliet, IL). The Hilltoppers enter the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Joliet Catholic was nudged by Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL), 2-1, in a non-league game.
