March 26, 2022: Spanish Fort, AL 36527 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Spanish Fort Toros (Spanish Fort, AL) and the visiting Opelika Bulldogs (Opelika, AL), saw Spanish Fort's soccer squad triumph over Opelika by a count of 7-0.
The Toros now hold a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Pike County for a non-league test on Friday, April 1.
With the loss, Opelika drops to 5-4 on the season. The Bulldogs host Russell County (Seale, AL) to meet the Warriors in a 6A Area 4 test on Tuesday, March 29. The Warriors go into the outing with a record of 2-4. Russell County 2-2 in their recent non-league outing against Beauregard (Opelika, AL)
