March 26, 2024: Tigard, OR 97224 Tigard Tigers (Tigard, OR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Clackamas Cavaliers (Clackamas, OR), 10-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Corvallis for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 2. Tigard will battle a Spartans squad coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Grant (Portland, OR). The Spartans record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Clackamas falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Cavaliers host Hillsboro (Hillsboro, OR) to battle the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 2. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 4-1. Hillsboro lost 7-6 in their recent non-league challenge against McDaniel (Portland, OR)
