Washington High School Softball - Warden bounces Liberty Christian
March 26, 2024: Warden, WA 98857 Warden Cougars (Warden, WA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Liberty Christian Patriots (Richland, WA), 14-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Cougars now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Colfax for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 3. Warden will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 19-7 league win over Kettle Falls (Kettle Falls, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-2.
With the loss, Liberty Christian falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to DeSales (Walla Walla, WA) to face the Irish in a 1B Southeast - West challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Irish enter the challenge with a record of 6-1. DeSales won 8-5 in their recent league challenge against Sunnyside Christian (Sunnyside, WA)
