North Forney Falcons (Forney, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Rockwall-Heath Hawks (Rockwall, TX), 12-8 in a league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 16-8 record. They take the field next when they host Horn for a 6A Region II District 10 challenge on Thursday, March 28. North Forney will battle a Jaguars squad coming off a 9-1 league loss to Royse City (Royse City, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 11-8.

With the loss, Rockwall-Heath falls to 9-11 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Rockwall (Rockwall, TX) to battle the Yellowjackets in a 6A Region II District 10 challenge on Thursday, March 28. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a record of 16-7. Rockwall won 8-0 in their recent league challenge against Tyler Legacy (Tyler, TX)
