North Carolina High School Baseball - Grimsley edges Southeast Alamance
March 26, 2025: Haw River, NC 27258 In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Grimsley Whirlies baseball team scored a close 4-2 victory over the Southeast Alamance Stallions.
The Whirlies (10-2) will now prepare for their game against Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC). The Tigers enter the Metro 4A game with a 8-4 record. In their last game, Ragsdale held off Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC), 22-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Stallions face the Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC) in a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A game, on Friday, March 28. Southeast Alamance will attempt to improve on its 9-3 season record. The Jets enter the game with a 0-11 record after their 11-0 league loss to Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC).
