In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Valley Christian Trojans baseball team scored a close 8-4 victory over the Santa Barbara Dons.

The Trojans (12-1) will now prepare for their game against Libertyville (Libertyville, IL). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Libertyville held off Churchill (Eugene, OR), 5-0, in a non-league game.
