The Great Crossing lacrosse team (Georgetown, KY), was overwhelmed 17-0 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Sayre Spartans (Lexington, KY)

With the victory, Sayre advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Spartans host Tates Creek (Lexington, KY) to encounter the Commodores in a non-league battle on Monday, March 31. The Commodores come into the battle with a record of 1-5.

The now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shelby County for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 9. Great Crossing will encounter a Rockets team coming off a 13-9 non-league loss to Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY). The Rockets record now stands at 3-6.
