In Wednesday's non-league test, the Merritt Island Mustangs (Merritt Island, FL) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cocoa Tigers (Cocoa, FL), by a tally of 15-0.

Next, the Mustangs clash with the Fort Myers Green Wave (Fort Myers, FL) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 28. Merritt Island will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Green Wave go into the test with a 9-4 record after their 14-0 non-league win over Port Charlotte (Port Charlotte, FL).

The Tigers (2-8) will now prepare for their test against Bayside (Palm Bay, FL). The Bears go into the non-league test with a 5-7 record.
