With the triumph, Metairie Park Country Day improves its record to 7-2 on the year. The Cajuns host St. Katharine Drexel (New Orleans, LA) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 1. The Yellowjackets enter the game with a record of 1-2.
The Fighting Eagles now hold a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Archbishop Chapelle for a non-league game on Friday, March 28. Warren Easton will play a Chipmunks squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA). The Chipmunks record now stands at 9-7.
