The Baylor Red Raiders (Chattanooga, TN) baseball edged the visiting Trinity Shamrocks (Louisville, KY), 4-3 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Red Raiders (12-1) will now prepare for their contest against Venice (Venice, FL). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 17-0 record. In their last contest, Venice got by Gloucester Catholic (Gloucester City, NJ), 10-0, in a non-league contest.

The Shamrocks now possess a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harvard-Westlake for a non-league contest on Friday, March 27. Trinity will face a Wolverines team coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Venice (Venice, FL). The Wolverines record now stands at 9-4.
