In Thursday's league test, the Durango Trailblazers (Las Vegas, NV) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Valley Vikings (Las Vegas, NV), by a tally of 19-3.

Next, the Trailblazers meet the Sierra Vista Mountain Lions (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Desert test, on Tuesday, March 31. Durango will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Mountain Lions go into the test with a 5-4 record after their 11-9 league win over Spring Valley (Las Vegas, NV).
