In Monday's non-league challenge, the Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL) baseball squad edged the visiting Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL), by a final score of 5-4.

With the win, Neuqua Valley upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Riverdale (Murfreesboro, TN) to battle the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 29. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Riverdale won 11-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (Cuyahoga Falls, OH)
