The Ashe County Huskies crushed the visiting Alleghany Trojans baseball team by a count of 24-4 in Monday's non-league bout.

The Huskies now possess a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Freedom for a bout on Tuesday, March 28. Ashe County will face a Patriots team coming off a 16-0 non-league loss to South Caldwell (Hudson, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 4-4.
