Arizona High School Softball - Higley topped by Willow Canyon
March 27, 2023: Surprise, AZ 85388 The Willow Canyon Wildcats softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Higley Knights to 5 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Willow Canyon moves its record to 2-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Sunrise Mountain (Peoria, AZ) to play the Mustangs in a game on Thursday, April 13. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 5-3.
In their next game, the Knights play the Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ) in a game, on Tuesday, March 28. Higley will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Pride come into the game with a 4-1 record after their 15-1 league win over Higley (Gilbert, AZ).
