The Desert Oasis Diamondbacks (Las Vegas, NV) softball routed the visiting Basic Wolves (Henderson, NV), 19-4 in Monday's league bout.

The Diamondbacks (5-10) will now prepare for their bout against Coronado (Henderson, NV). The Cougars go into the 5A South - Desert bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Coronado toppled Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas, NV), 7-0, in a league bout.

The Wolves now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Green Valley for a 5A South - Desert bout on Friday, March 31. Basic will confront a Gators squad coming off a 8-4 non-league win over Westview (Portland, OR). The Gators record now stands at 9-3.
