Alabama High School Softball - Gardendale bounces Sylvania
March 27, 2023: Gardendale, AL 35071 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Gardendale Rockets (Gardendale, AL) and the visiting Sylvania Rams (Sylvania, AL), witnessed Gardendale's softball squad tip Sylvania by a count of 7-0.
The Rockets now sport a 17-8 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Mountain for a non-league match on Monday, April 3. Gardendale will face a Eagles squad coming off a 13-12 non-league win over Chilton County (Clanton, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 5-9.
With the loss, Sylvania moves to 16-11 on the season. The Rams host Community (Unionville, TN) to face the Vikings/Viqueens in a non-league match on Tuesday, March 28. The Vikings/Viqueens go into the match with a record of 2-2. Community lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Thompson (Alabaster, AL)
