Georgia High School Lacrosse - Woodward Academy drops to Greater Atlanta Christian
March 27, 2024: College Park, GA 30337 Greater Atlanta Christian Spartans (Norcross, GA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Woodward Academy War Eagles (College Park, GA), 13-9 in a league test.
The Spartans now have a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they host Decatur for a 5A-6A Area 6 test on Wednesday, April 10. Greater Atlanta Christian will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 15-9 non-league win over North Atlanta (Atlanta, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-5.
In their next game, the War Eagles face the Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 29. Woodward Academy will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Greyhounds come into the test with a 6-7 record after their 8-6 non-league loss to Harrison (Kennesaw, GA).
