Alabama High School Baseball - Sipsey Valley nips American Christian Academy
March 27, 2025: Tuscaloosa, AL 35404 The Sipsey Valley Bears baseball team scored 9 runs and held the host American Christian Academy Patriots to 8 in the Bears league win on Thursday.
The Bears now hold a 8-16 record. They take the field next when they host Northside for a 5A Area 9 test on Tuesday, April 1. Sipsey Valley will play a Rams team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Brookwood (Brookwood, AL). The Rams record now stands at 19-6.
With the defeat, American Christian Academy drops to 20-11 on the year. The Patriots host Northridge (Tuscaloosa, AL) to play the Jaguars in a non-league test on Friday, March 28. The Jaguars go into the test with a record of 14-6. Northridge won 9-3 in their recent league test against Brookwood (Brookwood, AL)
