The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the John Paul II Catholic Saints (Greenville, NC) and the host Epiphany Falcons (New Bern, NC), saw John Paul II Catholic's baseball team gain a win over Epiphany by a tally of 20-0.

The Saints (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Wake Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Wake Christian Academy prevailed over Trinity Academy (Raleigh, NC), 14-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Falcons face the Coastal Christian Centurions (Wilmington, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Plain battle, on Tuesday, April 1. Epiphany will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Centurions enter the battle with a 0-10 record after their 14-0 league loss to Wayne Christian (Goldsboro, NC).
