The Hoover Cardinals baseball squad (San Diego, CA), was overwhelmed 13-6 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Olympian Eagles (Chula Vista, CA)

With the triumph, Olympian moves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Eagles host Bishop's (La Jolla, CA) to confront the Knights in a non-league contest on Monday, March 31. The Knights come into the contest with a record of 5-3. Bishop's won 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA)

The Cardinals now possess a 0-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southwest SD for a non-league contest on Saturday, March 29. Hoover will confront a Raiders squad coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Mission Bay (San Diego, CA). The Raiders record now stands at 6-2.
