Louisiana High School Baseball - Rosepine defeats Vinton
March 27, 2025: Vinton, LA 70668 In Thursday's league game, the visiting Rosepine Eagles baseball team scored a close 8-3 victory over the Vinton Lions.
The Eagles (16-7) will now prepare for their game against DeQuincy (DeQuincy, LA). The Tigers enter the 2A District 4 game with a 19-9 record. In their last game, DeQuincy held off East Beauregard (DeRidder, LA), 17-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Lions face the Zachary Broncos (Zachary, LA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 29. Vinton will attempt to improve on its 12-5 season record. The Broncos enter the game with a 14-12 record after their 16-1 league win over Liberty Magnet (Baton Rouge, LA).
