California High School Volleyball - Venture Academy overwhelmed by River Islands

The River Islands Riptide topped the visiting Venture Academy Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Riptide confront the Ben Holt College Prep Academy Bobcats (Stockton, CA) in a Central California Athletic Alliance game, on Tuesday, April 1. River Islands will attempt to advance on its 9-3 season record. The Bobcats go into the game with a 18-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Tamalpais (Mill Valley, CA).

The Mustangs (3-6) will now prepare for their game against Millennium (Tracy, CA). The Falcons go into the Central California Athletic Alliance game with a 0-8 record. In their last game, Millennium was dropped by Ben Holt College Prep Academy (Stockton, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
