In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Alleghany Trojans baseball team scored a nice 11-3 win over the North Wilkes Vikings.

The Trojans (4-4) will now prepare for their game against North Stokes (Danbury, NC). The Vikings go into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, North Stokes was overwhelmed by Alleghany (Sparta, NC), 14-6, in a league game.

Next, the Vikings play the East Surry Cardinals (Pilot Mountain, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 1. North Wilkes will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Cardinals go into the game with a 4-3 record after their 10-6 non-league win over South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC).
