Washington High School Soccer - Columbia River knocks off Washougal
March 27, 2025: Vancouver, WA 98665 The Columbia River Rapids soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Washougal Panthers to 0 in the Rapids non-league victory on Thursday.
The Rapids now hold a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Camas for a non-league bout on Monday, April 7. Columbia River will play a Papermakers squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Ridgefield (Ridgefield, WA). The Papermakers record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Washougal moves to 1-3 on the year. The Panthers travel to Woodland (Woodland, WA) to play the Beavers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 8. The Beavers go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Woodland won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Mark Morris (Longview, WA)
