March 27, 2025: Newark, DE 19702 Fans at Thursday's non-league test between the Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE) and the host Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles (Newark, DE), witnessed Appoquinimink's lacrosse squad top Hodgson Vo-Tech by a count of 23-2.
The Jaguars (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Milford (Milford, DE). The Buccaneers enter the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Milford thwarted Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE), 12-9, in a league test.
Next, the Eagles battle the Woodbridge Raiders (Bridgeville, DE) in a non-league test, on Monday, March 31. Hodgson Vo-Tech will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Raiders enter the test with a 0-1 record after their 17-8 league loss to Indian River (Dagsboro, DE).
