Washington High School Softball - Mead bested by Mt. Spokane
March 27, 2025: Mead, WA 99021 The Mt. Spokane Wildcats triumphed over the visiting Mead Panthers softball squad by a count of 19-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats meet the Cheney Blackhawks (Cheney, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge, on Friday, March 28. Mt. Spokane will attempt to upgrade on its 6-0 season record. The Blackhawks enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 24-5 league loss to Shadle Park (Spokane, WA).
The Panthers (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ferris (Spokane, WA). The Saxons enter the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Ferris was routed by University (Spokane, WA), 10-0, in a league challenge.
