The Parkview Baptist Eagles overwhelmed the visiting St. Joseph's Academy Redstickers softball squad by a count of 10-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles meet the French Settlement Lions (French Settlement, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 28. Parkview Baptist will attempt to upgrade on its 13-9 season record. The Lions go into the challenge with a 7-9 record after their 16-1 league win over Independence (Independence, LA).

The Redstickers (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Dutchtown (Geismar, LA). The Griffins go into the non-league challenge with a 10-9 record. In their last challenge, Dutchtown toppled Live Oak (Watson, LA), 5-4, in a league challenge.
