The Trimble Tech Bulldogs baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Polytechnic Parrots to 2 in the Bulldogs league win on Friday.

The Bulldogs now hold a 9-12 record. They take the field next when they host Castleberry for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 28. Trimble Tech will battle a Lions squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Burkburnett (Burkburnett, TX). The Lions record now stands at 8-10.

The Parrots (3-13) will now prepare for their outing against Arlington Heights (Fort Worth, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the 5A Region I District 7 outing with a 11-9 record. In their last outing, Arlington Heights toppled Richland (North Richland Hills, TX), 5-3, in a non-league outing.
