Louisiana High School Baseball - Alexandria loses to Sam Houston
March 28, 2023: Lake Charles, LA 70611 In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Sam Houston Broncos baseball team scored a tight 9-3 victory over the Alexandria Trojans.
The Broncos (21-1) will now prepare for their game against Southside (Youngsville, LA). The Sharks go into the 5A District 3 game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Southside was overwhelmed by Barbe (Lake Charles, LA), 3-1, in a league game.
The Trojans (7-4) will now prepare for their game against Pineville (Pineville, LA). The Rebels go into the 5A District 2 game with a 9-3 record. In their last game, Pineville was overwhelmed by Natchitoches Central (Natchitoches, LA), 4-3, in a non-league game.
