March 28, 2023: Bethesda, MD 20817 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league game between the Landon Bears (Bethesda, MD) and the visiting Canterbury Cougars (Fort Myers, FL), saw Landon's lacrosse team top Canterbury by a margin of 15-4.
The Bears (1-1) will now prepare for their game against IMG Academy Black (Bradenton, FL). The Ascenders enter the non-league game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, IMG Academy Black beat Wheaton Academy (West Chicago, IL), 17-14, in a non-league game.
The Cougars (5-7) will now prepare for their game against Gulliver Prep (Miami, FL). The Raiders enter the non-league game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, Gulliver Prep was overwhelmed by Saint Andrew's (Boca Raton, FL), 15-1, in a non-league game.
