Tennessee High School Soccer - King's Academy overwhelmed by Webb
March 28, 2023: Knoxville, TN 37923 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Webb Spartans (Knoxville, TN) and the visiting King's Academy Lions (Seymour, TN), saw Webb's soccer squad beat King's Academy by a margin of 5-1.
The Spartans now sport a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Farragut for a non-league test on Thursday, March 30. Webb will meet a Admirals squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Oak Ridge (Oak Ridge, TN). The Admirals record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, King's Academy drops to 4-1 on the season. The Lions travel to Christian Academy of Knoxville (Knoxville, TN) to meet the Warriors in a D II-A East 1 test on Friday, March 31. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 2-1. Christian Academy of Knoxville lost 6-0 in their recent non-league test against Knoxville Catholic (Knoxville, TN)
