Virginia High School Softball - Mountain View bounces Chancellor
March 28, 2023: Fredericksburg, VA 22407 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) and the host Chancellor Chargers (Fredericksburg, VA), saw Mountain View's softball squad achieve victory over Chancellor by a count of 13-2.
The Wildcats now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Colonial Forge for a Commonwealth match on Friday, March 31. Mountain View will face a Eagles squad coming off a 14-10 non-league win over Woodbridge (Woodbridge, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Chancellor falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Eastern View (Culpeper, VA) to face the Cyclones in a Battlefield match on Thursday, March 30. The Cyclones enter the match with a record of 0-6. Eastern View lost 13-3 in their recent league match against Spotsylvania (Spotsylvania, VA)
