In Thursday's non-league challenge, the Carmel Greyhounds (Carmel, IN) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Covenant Christian Warriors (Indianapolis, IN), by a margin of 11-0.

With the win, Carmel betters its record to 3-0 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to Penn (Mishawaka, IN) to encounter the Kingsmen in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 6. The Kingsmen enter the battle with a record of 2-0.

The Warriors now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory for a Circle City battle on Tuesday, April 2. Covenant Christian will play a Braves squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Carmel (Carmel, IN). The Braves record now stands at 2-1.
