Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the De La Salle Spartans (Concord, CA) and the visiting Saint Francis Lancers (Mountain View, CA), saw De La Salle's baseball squad knock off Saint Francis by a count of 9-4.

Coming up next, the Spartans play the Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, March 30. De La Salle will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 11-0 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Churchill County (Fallon, NV).
