March 28, 2024: Aurora, CO 80012 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) and the host Overland Trailblazers (Aurora, CO), saw Cherokee Trail's volleyball squad beat Overland by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Cherokee Trail upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Cougars host Eaglecrest (Centennial, CO) to play the Raptors in a bout on Thursday, April 4. The Raptors go into the bout with a record of 1-0.
The Trailblazers now own a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cherry Creek for a bout on Tuesday, April 2. Overland will play a Bruins squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Bruins record now stands at 1-1.
