March 28, 2024: Dixon, IL 61021 Amboy Clippers (Amboy, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Dixon Dukes & Duchesses (Dixon, IL), 5-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Clippers now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Dakota for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 30.
With the loss, Dixon falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Dukes & duchesses host Polo (Polo, IL) to face the Marcos in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 30. The Marcos enter the challenge with a record of 1-4. Polo lost 9-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Warren/Stockton (Warren, IL)
