March 28, 2024: Howard, KS 67349 The West Elk Patriots softball team scored 6 runs and limited the visiting Eureka Tornadoes to 5 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, West Elk improves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Patriots travel to Independent (Wichita, KS) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league game on Friday, March 29. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Tornadoes clash with the Caney Valley Bullpups (Caney, KS) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 2. Eureka will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
