Sharpsville Blue Devils (Sharpsville, PA) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Fairview Tigers (Fairview, PA), 2-1 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Sharpsville advances its record to 1-2 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Hickory (Hermitage, PA) to battle the Hornets in a non-league match on Saturday, March 29. The Hornets come into the match with a record of 0-1. Hickory lost 18-3 in their recent non-league match against Greenville (Greenville, PA)
