The Athol Bears topped the visiting Chicopee Pacers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Bears face the East Longmeadow Spartans (East Longmeadow, MA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 1. Athol will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Spartans go into the game with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Sabis International (Springfield, MA).
